1. Parties and Scope of the Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Genius Scribe Yazılım Teknolojileri (“Site”) and the user (“User”) who accesses, uses, or registers on the Site. This Agreement governs the User’s access to and use of the Site’s Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text services.
2. Services and Conditions of Use
2.1. The Site provides text-to-speech and speech-to-text conversion services. To use these services, the User must register on the Site and comply with the terms outlined herein.
2.2. The User agrees to use the services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use that is illegal, unethical, or infringes on the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. User Obligations
3.1. The User warrants that all information provided to the Site is accurate and up to date.
3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login credentials and must not share these details with third parties. The User must immediately notify the Site of any unauthorized use of their account.
3.3. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards while using the services and undertakes not to infringe upon the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. The design, text, images, software, and all other content on the Site are the property of Genius Scribe and are protected by intellectual property laws. The User may not use, reproduce, or distribute these contents without authorization.
5. Fees and Membership
5.1. The Site may offer some services for free, while certain services may require payment. Pricing information is provided on the Site, and the User agrees to pay the applicable fees.
5.2. If the User fails to pay the membership fees on time, the Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. The Site shall not be held liable for any technical issues that may arise.
6.2. The User acknowledges that Genius Scribe is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services or the outputs generated by the services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. The Site processes and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Site does not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for the provision of services and will not use personal data for any purposes other than those expressly permitted.
8. Changes to the Agreement
8.1. Genius Scribe reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site, and the User will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Site.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the local laws of Turkey. The courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
10. Effective Date and Acceptance
10.1. By using the Site, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
